Refunds
If you received a damaged items, Simply sent us an email on hulyastore 126@gamil.com with a photo as a prove. We will evaluated this and give you a reasonable solution. Please be aware that we need to need to process this manually.
There are no refunds for mail that is lost or delayed!
Shipping 🛳
We ship domestic and internationally using Australia Post. We will ship your order as soon as possible. If you are hurry, you can always contact us to check on your order. Usually once we have dispatched, your order will arrive within 4-7 business day, earlier time for express shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, all delivery time control are out of our hands. Please refer to Australia Post for more information on delivery time. And please be noted that Australia Post is still delivering but COVID-19 disruptions may cause delays.
We are not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail, as mentioned, we do not have control on shipping. Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.
